As a novelty, we offer an alternative techology for processing plastic - VACUUM FORMING (thermo processing). Vacuum forming is used for producing different advertising products, light boxes as well as specific packages and shapes.

The method of vacuum forming includes heating the plastic sheet up to a certain temperature, after which it will be drawn over to a form in specific shape. Afterwards the vacuum techology is used to draw out all contours of the form. We use different plastics in vacuum forming. Veralite, polysterene and PVC are used the most. The appliance enables to make products with an area of 0.8 to 1.0 metres.
